Below you will find the specific terms and conditions for buyers/collectors. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any additional information or if something is unclear.

Buyer Policy

  • When you purchase a watch, you are committing to the purchase as soon as the seller accepts the sale, and you will be required to initiate payment within 24 hours.
  • Any disputes need to be reported to help@watches24.co.za within 24 hours to be covered under our buyer protection policy.
  • Due to the anonymous nature of our live market, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or swaps. However, you can always resell with us if you no longer want your item.

  • Our buyer protection policy allows you to a full refund in the event where the watch is
    1. undelivered
    2. proven stolen
    3. proven to be not authentic
    4. does not have the specifications as advertised
    5. is not in the condition described.

WARRANTY POLICY

All approved dealer watches carry a dealer warranty of 12 months. All watches marked with the green shield is from a verified dealer.

Private seller watches are sold with no warranty. These watches will be sold with proof of authenticity and a timekeeping report. We inspect all watches for timekeeping using state of the art equipment in-house or via our contracted approved workshops.

Pricing & Order Confirmation

All prices displayed on the Watches24 website are subject to verification.
In the event of a pricing error or discrepancy, a Watches24 representative will confirm the final purchase price with the customer before payment is processed or the order is completed.
Watches24 reserves the right to cancel or amend an order where an incorrect price has been displayed due to typographical, technical, or system errors.
