Once we have received your order, we will confirm the purchase with the seller. As soon as the transaction has been confirmed by both parties the watch will be shipped overnight to our Approved workshop for inspection. Allow 24 hours for inspection followed by overnight shipping directly to you. Automatic watches must be tested for the entire power reserve time period!

Please note, for security reasons, we do not ship on Fridays.

Every watch sold by a private seller will be collected and inspected by our authorized luxury watch workshop. We only accept authentications by swiss approved and qualified watchmakers. The watch will be authenticated and inspected for performance and timekeeping.

Watches sold by Approved Dealers will be accompanied by a 12 month warranty. Watches from Approved Trader and Private Seller does not come with a warranty. We check each watch for performance and timekeeping. These checks will indicate to us when the watch needs any maintenance or service.

An escrow agent can be defined as an individual or a company that is probably better termed as a trusted third party that holds a document or an asset for the first party to deliver to a beneficiary or second party within a stipulated period or as soon as the event mentioned in the escrow agreement takes place.

Our holding company, Baton Trading, acts as an escrow agents between the buyer and the seller.

Baton Trading will hold your funds safe until you have received your watch.
