Back in the 70s that was an above-average value. This movement is a COSC Chronometer (Officially Certified Chronometer).
The massive stainless steel case of this Ulysse Nardin has an exceptional shape and measures 36 mm. The oval acrylic crystal protects the beautiful silver dial with elegant hands and date window at 3 o’clock. The date can be set immediately via a quickset mechanism. The winding crown shows the logo of the manufacturer Ulysse Nardin.
The lugs of the watch are very special. On the either side of the case a pin projects beyond the case, where the bracelet is fixed. The integrated vintage bracelet is original from Ulysse Nardin with a double signed clasp.
The ETA Caliber NB11QU automatic movement with date quickset is still running flawlessly keeping accurately time. Case, dial and bracelet have been superbly preserved.
