With an unmissable width of 45mm, watches don’t get much tougher than the limited edition Breitling Avenger Skyland. From its launch, the Avenger collection has been best known for its use of Breitling’s signature ratcheted bezel with four projecting “rider tabs.” The look was designed to assist pilots in more easily gripping the bezel while wearing gloves. Here, it is seen in Blacksteel to match its larger-than-life case. The massive bezel of the Avenger Skyland plays a considerable part in emphasizing the distinctive style of the model, as does its knurled crown flanked by crown guards and the duo of imposing chronograph pushers.
