For the first time, you can now have a complete overview of all the luxury watches available in the South African market. Our team are here to help you make an informed purchase. Since there are many pitfalls in this market, we are stepping up to protect you! We do not want you to lose money by buying an inauthentic or stolen product. Our inspection processes are thorough to ensure that you get the Luxury Watch you paid for.
Once we have received payment for a watch, we will collect the watch for final inspection. If the watch passes our inspection, it will be delivered to the buyer. In the case where the watch does not pass inspection, we will discuss repair cost with the seller and deduct this amount from the seller if he agrees. Where no agreement can be reached, the seller will receive his watch back and the listing will be removed. The buyer can choose a different watch or receive a full refund.

We do not deliver any watches which do not meet our high standards.
When a watch is ordered from an APPROVED DEALER, the watch may be shipped to you directly from the dealer. Only REPUTABLE AND TRUSTED dealers will receive APPROVED DEALER status on our platform. We require dealers to have an in-house qualified workshop and watchmaker in order to qualify for this badge. We require these dealers to inspect all watches according to the same high standards which we apply in our approved workshops. Furthermore, you will receive a 12 month guarantee if you purchase a watch from an approved dealer.
When you buy a watch, you are committing to the purchase as soon as the seller accepts the sale, and you will be required to initiate payment within the specified time period.
An escrow is a contractual arrangement in which a third party receives and disburses money for the primary transacting parties.
Once you have received your watch, you will have 24 hours to inspect and approve your purchase. The seller will only be paid 24 hours after you have received your watch.
An approved dealer may require payment before delivery according to their own terms and conditions. This is standard practice for the dealer network on a global scale. If you have selected a watch from one of these dealers, this process will be discussed with you before we request payment.
Any disputes need to be reported to [email protected] within 24 hours to be covered under our buyer protection policy.

Watches 24 does not reveal the identity of our buyers and sellers. We respect your anonymity and protect it.
Our marketplace model allows us to have an incredibly large and diverse inventory of watches. If there is something out there you want, we'll either have it available for purchase or can easily track it down for you.
At Watches 24 we understand that some watches are more sensitive in the market and need to be treated more discreetly. Contact Watches 24 on whatsapp if you have a watch to sell which you don’t want to advertise publicly. We have a network of buyers and can curate your sale offline.
Due to the anonymous nature of our live market, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or swaps. However, you can always resell with us if you no longer want your item.
All approved dealer watches carry a dealer warranty of at least 6 months.
Private seller watches are sold with no warranty. These watches will be sold with proof of authenticity and a timekeeping report. We inspect all watches for timekeeping using state of the art equipment in-house or via our contracted approved workshops.
We guarantee authenticity of every product sold. All dealer and private watches will receive a full inspection by our qualified watchmakers or contracted qualified workshops to prove authenticity. Watches 24 does not deal with any products that are not authentic.
If you receive your watch and find it not to be authentic, not keeping time or not as described you need to report it to help@watches 24.co.za within 24 hours to receive a full refund under our buyer protection policy.
