The dial features a sandwich construction. “PANERAI” and “RADIOMIR BLACK SEAL” are printed on the dial. A small-second display with an open chapter ring runs continuously. A manual wound movement drives the functions. A flared, blackened crown controls hours, minutes, seconds, and winding. Water resistance is 100 meters.
