The MoonSwatch saga continues as we celebrate its two-year anniversary with a delightful Snoopy-themed addition.

Swatch has unveiled the latest addition to its MoonSwatch lineup, and it’s a delightful surprise for enthusiasts. The MoonSwatch Mission to the Moonphase features an all-white aesthetic, including a white dial, case, and velcro strap. However, the highlight lies in the upper right sub-register, where Snoopy and Woodstock grace the lunar surface, reminiscent of the iconic Peanuts comic strip.

This design evokes memories of the limited edition Omega Speedmaster Silver Snoopy from 2015, where Snoopy made a similar appearance on the dial. However, in the Mission to the Moonphase, Snoopy takes on a more active role, adorning the moon phase disc at the two o’clock subdial. This subdial cleverly represents the 29.5 days it takes for the Moon to complete a phase, while also hiding a playful quote from Snoopy’s comic strip, revealed under UV light.

Released this March 26, exactly two years since the inception of MoonSwatch in 2022, this new addition marks a significant milestone. Unlike its predecessors, which were limited editions, the Mission to the Moonphase will join the permanent collection, offering enthusiasts a chance to own a piece of MoonSwatch history for $310 in the U.S.
