Luxury menswear outlet MR PORTER collaborated with IWC Schaffhausen to create the new IWC Big Pilot’s Watch 43 Edition “Mr Porter Edition 1” reference IW329703, featuring a striking combination of bronze and Alcantara.

This limited edition focuses on contrasts and warm colours. The case, made of bronze, is finished with a sandblasted texture, and the watch includes a screw-in crown, an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, and a soft-iron inner cage for protection against magnetism. The watch is water-resistant to 100 meters, has a case height of 14.4mm, and a case length of over 50mm.

The dial of this edition is matte black with gold-coloured hands and beige markers, providing a subtle and distinctive look. Luminous elements include the hands, markers and the numeral 1, celebrating the first in a series of collaborations with IWC.

Under the titanium back with dedicated engravings lies the in-house calibre 82100. This mid-level automatic movement features Pellaton winding reinforced with ceramic components and offers a 60-hour power reserve. The watch displays time on three hands, with hacking seconds.

The strap is made of black Alcantara, with classic pilot’s rivets in bronze and is secured by a bronze folding clasp. It also includes the practical quick-change system, EasX-CHANGE, allowing the strap to be easily swapped with other IWC straps (leather or rubber).
