Approved Dealer Terms & Conditions

  1. Approved Dealer watches must be accompanied by a 12 month warranty.
  2. Approved Dealers must have an in-house workshop and watchmaker.
  3. We may request to inspect or authenticate a watch, but this will not be a requirement on every watch.
  4. We may decline a listing on our discretion.
  5. We may request a review to your listing.
  6. In order to retain your Approved Dealer status, you must have at least 20 watches live at all times.
  7. By uploading your watches you agree to our Selling process.  This process will allow Watches24 to collect payment for your watches.  The funds will remain in our escrow account until a buyer has received his watch.
  8. We will retain a curator fee of 5% of the total selling price of the watch plus R1500 administration fee. We do not require the watches to be priced according to your own platform.
  9. You may not use any dealer branding in your descriptions or images.  These include watermarks, business cards, and any other identifying logos or scripts.
  10. The following scenarios may result in a suspension of your account
    1. Using identifying logos or script in images or descriptions
    2. Outdated stock resulting in sales which cannot be fulfilled
    3. Listing watches which are not available for delivery
  11. We do not, under any circumstances allow the sale of inauthentic or stolen watches
  12. As an approved dealer you agree to authenticate each watch in-house
  13. In the event of an authenticity or a stolen watch dispute, the buyer has the right to a full refund

Seller Policy

By listing your watch on Watches 24:
  1. You are authorizing us to advertise and sell your watch.
  2. You agree to our selling process, which allows us to advertise your watch via direct marketing as well as social media marketing.  Your submitted pictures may be used to marketing purposes.
  3. You agree to conclude the transaction once we have received an offer equal to your required amount
  4. You agree to hand over your watch for inspection and authentication once we have received the funds for your watch.
  5. Once we have received funds for your watch the transaction is final and irreversible.
  6. We do not, under any circumstances allow the sale of inauthentic or stolen watches
  7. You may only list watches which belong to you
  8. Watches listed must be available for delivery
  9. We may decline your listing at our discretion
  10. We may request a review to your listing
